Pastry Chef

Nihad Al okla came from Damascus, Syria.  After spending four years in Amman, Jordan, her family resettled in Tucson in 2016.  Nihad loves to cook and feed her family something she makes with her own hands. She is a part of the Syrian Sweets Exchange in Tucson where Syrian women and their families offer traditional sweets and baked goods made from family recipes to the Tucson community. She enjoys sharing her food with others and being a part of this group.
